Olara Exteriors is led by founder Sean Lockard, who built the company with a clear vision, to do the work the right way.
Sean brings a unique blend of property operations and skilled trade experience to every project. He spent more than a decade managing operations for a large commercial property, gaining firsthand insight into facility maintenance, vendor coordination, and the importance of protecting long-term property value.
He later spent eight years working for a global heavy industries manufacturer, where he earned certification as a Master Welder in a highly regulated environment built around safety, precision, process discipline, and ISO quality standards. Those principles continue to shape the way Olara Exteriors operates today.
After spending the last four years in the exterior services industry, Sean saw an opportunity to raise the standard in an industry too often driven by shortcuts and short-term thinking.
That experience led him to create Olara Exteriors, a company grounded in integrity, accountability, and quality work built to last.
Today, Sean remains closely involved in every project, ensuring each client receives the level of care, communication, and execution they deserve.
